Been a long time since I left you...

The Mission- Scottsdale, AZ
Pork belly pibil was the single best piece of swine I have eaten to date. It was served on a roasted garlic black bean puree with a swirl of banana habenero aioli. This could have been influenced by the yummy blood orange margarita but I am pretty sure it was just great pork :)

Tecate skirt steak tacos were also very tasty, kind of an amuse-bouche times two that was savory and fresh, with a nice chunk of avacado and cotija cheese.

Finally, the chilean honey with truffle oil was divinity (it is served with the cheese platter). I mention it last even though it was a starter because it should have been dessert!

Out of three restaurant review’s, I noticed that I ate aioli twice...gotta love glorified mayo!
